105 Swordfish Drive in Holden Beach has a failing bulkhead allowing
the backyard sediment to erode away. The proposal is to move the
bulkhead out an average of 5' to create a straighter alignment. There
is no coastal wetland vegetation in the project area but there are
sparse oysters which are to be raked away from project area.
