Subject: Request for Additional Information
Stormwater Permit No. SWA000090
Townhomes at Brookshire Phase 2A
Wautaga Counties
Dear Mr. Hanlin:
The Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources (DEMLR), received a Stormwater
Management Fast Track Authorization to Construct (ATC) Permit Application for the subject
project on January 21, 2020. A review of that information has determined that the application is
not complete. The following information is needed to continue the stormwater review:
1. Part C.3 of the ATC application does not list any other required permits for this project.
However, an erosion and sediment control permit should be required and a 404/401
permit may be required for the wetland crossings. Please revise this section to show any
applicable permits [15A NCAC 02H . 1043 (3)(iv)].
2. Please submit USGS map identifying the project location, the GPS coordinates, and areas
subject ton SA, ORW, or HQW stormwater requirements [15A NCAC 02H .1043(3)(e)]
3. Please provide a narrative summary that includes a constructions sequence that discusses
how any future development on the project may be phased [15A NCAC
02H .1043(3)(g)].
4. Provide pdfs of all revisions, 2 hardcopies of revised plan sheets, and 1 hardcopy of other
documents. Pdfs must be uploaded using the form at:
hltps:Hedocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/SW ProjectSubmittal
Please note that this request for additional information is in response to a preliminary review.
The requested information should be received by this Office prior to March 10, 2021, or
the application will be returned as incomplete. The return of a project will necessitate
resubmittal of all required items, including the application fee. Please reference the State
assigned project number SWA00090 on all correspondence.
