This letter is a response to your letter sent regarding the violation for high freeboard that you
sent for facility 40-144 in Greene County.
I have already responded with my 30 day plan of action for this facility. My lagoon level
returned to compliance around April 5. I will continue to monitor water levels in my lagoon and
irrigate as frequently as weather and soil moisture allows.
