Dear Linda:
We have field checked concerns from a field visit from, your office. The bottom of the infiltration
basin was verified by our office to be below proposed bottom as shown on the plans. The
contractor is aware that he needs to bring the bottom elevation up to the proposed bottom of
15,0. This wi11 be accomplished when the rest of the grading is completed around the building
and driveway.
Please contact our voice if there is any additional information needed for the permit to be issued
for the subject project. We will certify the inffitration basin once the project is completed. Thank

Dear Linda:
Enclosed please find the following per your request for additional information of October 7, 1996:
1. Drainage area delineated on attached plan.
2. Mr. Esbenshade is the President of the Ohio Valley Land Company.
3. Future development of the front portion of the property will provide runoff to
the side and front of the infiltration basin. Therefore, the runoff will be
distributed evenly.
4. The infiltration basin is in a different location than where previously indicated
when Vincent Lewis visited the site. However, Soiltech Engineering did their
analysis where the basin is now proposed.
5. Attached is the soils report from Soiltech Engineering.
6. -Calculations are provided for drawdown time of the infiltration system.
We trust this additional information will complete our application and that it warrants approval for the
Stormwater portion of this project. Please contact me with any questions or comments.

Dear Mr. Tripp:
The Wilmington Regional Office received a Stormwater Management Permit Application for
Pioneer Roofing on September 23, 1996. A preliminary review of that information has determined that
the application is not complete. The following information is needed to continue the stormwater review:
1. Delineate the off -site drainage area.
2. What is Mr. Esenshade's title?
3. Provide a mechanism to distribute the incoming flow evenly over the entire infiltration
area.
4. The previous plans showed the infiltration area located adjacent to the Praxair entrance road.
Vincent Lewis may need to visit the site again.
5. Still need a soils report indicating the boring locations, type of soil, depth to the seasonal
high water table, and expected infiltration rate.
6. The calculations must include the drawdown time for the system.
