The report summarizes the findings of a recent inspection of the project's stormwater controls conducted on March 11, 1998 to determine compliance with Stormwater Permit Number SW8 960627 issued on August 14, 1996. A summary of the findings and comments are noted under Section 6 of the report. Please inform this Office in writing before April 11, 1998 of the specific actions that will be undertaken and the time frame required to correct the deficiencies.
