Report". The report summarizes the findings of a recent inspection of the project's stormwater controls
conducted on September 16, 1996 to determine compliance with Stormwater Certification Number SW8
960108 issued on July 15, 1996.
A summary of the findings and comments are noted under Section 6 of the report. Please inform
this Office in writing before October 17, 1996 of the specific actions that will be undertaken and the time
