On April 2, 2013, the Wilmington Regional Office received a request to revise the approved
plans for Stormwater Management Permit Number SW8 090630. The revisions include the
reallocation of impervious surface area for the North Wallace Creek Jogging Trail in the
drainage area of the low density section of the permit. 2,165 square feet of impervious surface
for the jogging trail extension has been added to the "sidewalks" area and the same amount has
been subtracted from the "future" area. These changes are reflected in the enclosed
Attachment A.
It has been determined that a formal permit modification is not required for the proposed
changes. We are forwarding you approved copies of the revised plans for your files. Please
replace the old approved plan sheet CG-104 in the plan set received May 10, 2011 and
approved on June 1, 2011, with new plan sheet CG-104 showing the jogging trail extension.
Also, please replace the old approved plan sheet C-204 in the plan set for permit SW8 120612,
received June 14, 2012 and approved on June 26, 2012, with new engineer stamped plan sheet
C-204 showing the jogging trail extension.
Please be aware that all terms and conditions of the modified permit issued on March 15,
2013, remain in full force and effect. Please also understand that the approval of this
revision to the approved plans for the subject State Stormwater Permit is done on a case -
by -case basis. Any other changes to this project must be approved through this Office prior
to construction. The issuance of this plan revision does not preclude the permittee from
complying with all other applicable statutes, rules, regulations or ordinances which may
have jurisdiction over the proposed activity, and obtaining a permit or approval prior to
construction.
