We received a new building footprint from the architect just a couple of weeks ago, and before I could get in touch with Paul Bartlett, the storm water permit was issued for this site (10/26/06). in the meantime, our site layout changed, and with it so did the amount of proposed impervious. We had originally proposed 14,374 SF of future impervious area, and our increase in impervious due to the building layout change is only 8,132 SF of impervious. Since we are still under the permitted amount of impervious, can we submit for a plan modification and reallocate that area to reduce the future impervious from the 14,374 SF to 6,242 SF and then later submit for the full modification when the owner decides to develop the future tract? Just let me know what you think. Thanks! Jonathan **Jonathan W.
