Along with the application and plans, check number 3494, in the amount of $420.00, was also submitted.. It is my understanding from your consultant that you will retain ownership of FDA #1, therefore, it has been determined that this is a plan revision which will not require the $420.00 application fee. The check is being returned to Hanover Design Services with their copy of this letter. If you will not retain ownership of FDA #1, please be reminded that prior to the sale or lease of FDA #1, you will need to submit a permit modification for SW8 030508 to require deed restrictions regarding the limitation of the built -upon area, among other conditions. In addition, the new owner of FDA #1 will need to submit for a separate offsite stormwater permit to the Division. The plan revision will be reviewed prior to May 18, 2006, and you will be notified prior to that date if any additional information is required. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at (910) 796-7404. Sincerely, Linda Lewis Environmental Engineer ll ENBlarl.
