Front St., M1O8 Wilmington, NC 28401 Subject: NOTICE OF INSPECTION Southland Studios Stormwater Permit No. SW8 010801 Brunswick County Dear Mr. Crawford: Dee Freeman Secretary On September 15, 2011, 1 inspected Southland Studios in Brunswick County to determine the status of compliance with Stormwater Management Permit Number SW8 010801 issued on July 25, 2002. The North Carolina Secretary of State shows that Southland Studios, Inc was dissolved on July 21, 2011. County records show that this project would be located on Parcel 0580OOO7 which is currently owned by Funston Land & Timber, LLC. The inspection revealed that the project has not yet been completed. Since this project has not been built you can request to rescind the permit if it is no longer needed by sending a letter to my attention at the bottom of this page. If you choose to rescind the permit, it will become void and no further contact with the Division will be necessary. If you do not choose to rescind the permit a follow-up inspection will be scheduled for a later date. Additionally, you will be required to renew the permit when it expires on July 25, 2012 at a cost of $505. If the permit is still needed, please submit a transfer of ownership from Southland Studios, Inc and the current owner. The name/ownership transfer form is available on our website, httpllportal.ncdenr.org/web/wq/ws/su/statesw/forms_docs. If you do not submit either of these documents, a follow-up inspection will be scheduled for a later date. Asa reminder, you are required to comply with the terms, conditions and limitations of your Stormwater Management Permit according to Title 15A North Carolina Administrative Code 2H .1003 and North Carolina General Statute 143- 214.7, including the construction of the stormwater system as per the approved plan prior to construction, as well as the operation and maintenance of your stormwater system after construction. If the project has changed ownership, name or mailing address, please submit a completed and signed Name/Ownership Change form to DWQ at least 30 calendar days prior to making the change. Please include the name, mailing address and phone number of the person or entity that is now responsible for this permit on the form. Please be advised that violations of your Stormwater Permit may be subject to the assessment of civil penalties of up to $25,000 per day per violation.
