Beaufort Marina & Yacht Club was issued a CAMA Major Permit for a
new marina, clubhouse and parking facility that was permitted for 85
wetslips and 10 transient boat slips. The original plan was for larger
boats. Over a period of time, the boating market actually had an
increase in demand for smaller boats with lift slips. This Major
Modification is for an increase in number of slips in the same footprint
now proposing 177 wetslips and 7 transient slips. i am attaching the
original site plan, CAMA permit and the new proposed plan.
