This project is a proposed modification for the construction of a age
restricted housing development and associated amenities at the
corner of Morrisville Parkway and Highway 55 in Cary, NC. Existing
conditions onsite consists primarily of forested land. Specifically,
there are two (2) wetland features, one (1) perennial stream, and one
(1) intermittent stream feature on property. The modification for this
project is for a previously proposed/approved road crossing that
impacted wetlands and streams.
