I spoke with Jordan. Since USACE is not issuing a new/modified NWP permit authorization, we will not be issuing a
revised 401 approval letter. The DWR Laserfiche project file has been updated with all of the project change information
you submitted. I would just ask that changes made since the mitigation plan was approved be mentioned in the as -built
report.

Yes we had submitted the memorandum that included the changes in the impacts. That was uploaded to RIBITS and
Laserfiche. The Corps didn't request that we refill out the electronic PCN application. I haven't been able to get in touch
with Jordan to see the status on their end. I will try Kim Browning.

Do you have an update on if DWR is going to do a permit modification for Dudley Mill Pond Mitigation Site? We are
hoping to start construction at the start of April.
