We are in receipt of the NOV-2021-DV-0161 issued to us and received on March 31, 2021. We had a
sewer overflows on December 16, 2020. We had received 1 inch of rainfall on December 14, 2020 and 1
inch on December 16, 2020.
We, the Town of Ramseur, consider this spill to be caused by a severe natural condition, having a total of
2 inches of rainfall in 2 days and wish you to consider this not to be non -enforceable.
We are in a transition period since releasing our previous contractor from all aspects of Public Works and
will be 'designating more funds into our sewer systems to try to stop our inflow problem.
Should you have any question, please do not hesitate to call.
Sincerely y
Jim McI
