We had a sewer overflows on December 16, 2020. We had received 1 inch of rainfall on December 14, 2020 and 1 inch on December 16, 2020. We, the Town of Ramseur, consider this spill to be caused by a severe natural condition, having a total of 2 inches of rainfall in 2 days and wish you to consider this not to be non -enforceable. We are in a transition period since releasing our previous contractor from all aspects of Public Works and will be 'designating more funds into our sewer systems to try to stop our inflow problem.
