Assembly passed [eoislation requiring payment of a fee for alt 401 applications. The fee for
applications is $200 For projects impacting less than an acre of wetland and less than i 50
linear feet of streams. For projects impacting one or more acres of wetland or 150 or more
feet of streams, he fee is $475. Please remit $475 to bcfiin the review and approval process.

approval by the Division of Water Quality. All impacts, regardless of whether they are
permanent or temporary, are figured into the total, A tally of the area of impacts on page b of
the application reflects 0,3$4 acres thereby requiring a fee.
Please contact the UWQ within three weeks of the date of this letter to verify that you have received this
letter and that you remain interested itt continuing to pursue permitting ofyour project and wilt be
providing the DVVQ the rcgttested information at a later data, Please contact this office in writing. If we
do not hear from you within tht`ee weeks, ~~-e will assume that you no longer want to pursue this project
and we will consider the project as withdrawn.
