Hey Jeanette, I emailed the appropriate people to change contact and ownership information for the permit a couple of months ago and it seems some were never updated, or partially updated. These are the items that needed changing and the correct contacts for them. I would like to have any other people removed from these items. Let me know if this is something you can help me with or if I should go back and contact the other DEQ staff. Hi Roger, Lexington’s current MS4 permit expires on November 10, 2021. The attached permit renewal form will need to be submitted with an original “wet” signature prior to Friday, May 14, 2021. The Draft SWMP required under Part IV has already been submitted, so there is no need to attach one to the form.
