These penalties are now subject to collection by the Attorney General's office (AGO), pursuant to 15A NCAC 02J.0110. To avoid legal action by the AGO, you must pay the full amount listed above no later than May 7, 2021. Make checks payable to NC DEQ and include the case number[s] on the check[s] submitted.
