Bobbie — the Town received the annual fee invoice because the new owners never had the permit switched to their
ownership. NC0036919 is still in the system under the Town of Pantego's ownership.
You can discard the invoice. If you have contact information for the new owners of the facility, please send it to Robbie
Bullock in our Washington Regional Office (WaRO): [e-mail]
Robbie or another staff member from the WaRO will need to contact the new owners an probably schedule an
inspection. The new owners have been operating without a permit since they took ownership.
If you know the exact date on which the facility was sold, please send that to me. I need it for compliance
documentation.
