ACCESS AGREEMENT FORM
Access is hereby granted to Ken Pearce, Terraquest Environmental Consultants, P.C., and their
agents and assigns for the purpose of installing monitoring wells on the property located
adjacent to the Bunn Exxon facility located at 300 Main Street, Bunn, Franklin County, North
Carolina. The property access request is for PIN number 2820-05-8275.
The subject wells will be constructed in accordance with regulations under Title 15A NCAC 2C.
Ken Pearce will be responsible for all costs associated with the installation, maintenance, and
subsequent abandonment as required by the NCDWM-UST. Access is hereby granted for
persons to access the wells and remedial trenching for the purpose of sampling and or
maintenance purposes on a regular basis.
