I just ran the Stormwater Permit Summary Report and all information is correct except the Permit Contact Person, it
shows Mary Holewinski who retired about 5-6 years ago. I show as the legally responsible and permit billing contact and
should also be the permit contact as well. Do I need to fill out a form for that change?
