I am going thru the eDMR registration and I need to update contact information for our permit.
The "Permit Contacts" should have the following individuals listed:
Steve Sperlazza — CEO/President / PO Box 498 Dallas NC 28034 / 704-922-5211 / [e-mail]
Jeff Wyatt — Consultant / address and number the same as on file / [e-mail]
The "Facility Contact" needs to have the email address updated to: [e-mail] (all lower case)
