Under the referenced permit(s), the site is found to be in compliance with the approved plans and the Chatham County Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control Ordinance. Inspection Comments All temporary erosion control measures have been removed and permanent ground cover sufficient to restrain erosion has been established. ® Chatham County Land Disturbing Permit(s) Closed The referenced permit(s) have been closed. ® NCDEQ DEMLR Self -Inspections Erosion and sediment control self -inspections may cease for the above -referenced project. Note: Self -inspections may still be required per NCG010000 requirements on other lots within the subdivision. ® File an e-NOT (electronic Notice of Termination) with NCDEQ DEMLR If land -disturbing activities by the Financially Responsible Party within this subdivision are completed in total for the entire subdivision (i.e. not building any more lots), then proceed to deq.nc.gov/NCG01 and file an e-NOT. Filing the e-NOT releases the Financially Responsible Party from coverage and requirements of the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities (NCG010000). An e-NOT should only be filed if no more land disturbance will occur by the Financially Responsible Party in the subdivision, or select lots on this permit were permitted separate from future land -disturbing activities within the subdivision (example: Certificate of Coverage from NCDEQ DEMLR was lot -specific instead of covering all homebuilding activities).
