This is about the NOTICE OF VIOLATION to the City of Oxford tracking number:NOV-2021-DV-0176 this spill occurred on
2/19/2021. The line was unstopped and the cleanup done on the same date. The cause of the blockage was hand wipes.
We hired Vision NC to clean that section and one more a couple days later. They got out about 2 more five gallon
buckets of hand wipes. The city then videoed the line and it was clear. If you have any further questions please contact
