complete; all temporary erosion control devices removed, all
permanent erosion control measures installed, and final stabilization
achieved as directed by the approved Sedimentation and Erosion
Control plan.
As of the above date, the Water Quality Division of Wake County
Department of Environmental Services, deems this lots to be
completed. The remainder of the lots on the permit will continue to be
inspected until the grading permit can be closed out. Continue to self -
monitor the project for NPDES compliance until the grading permit is
closed and you have ended coverage under your NCG01 permit through
the electronic Notice of Termination (eNOT) process with NCDEQ.
