The new bridge has been completed and open to traffic and the contractor was in the process of dismantling the old bridge. Sediment and erosion control structures appear to be maintained and working properly. Please ensure that all sediment and erosion control structures are maintained and that seeding and mulching are performed as needed to protect State surface waters.
