WQCS00218 Collection System consists of:
439 connections; 696 total population
1 inch of rain = 150,000 gpd Headworks pump station includes a
communitor, emergency bypass manually cleaned coarse bar screen, two VFD,
and — 3000 linear feet of 10-inch force main.

0.32 MGD WWTP consisting of: influent pumps; two contact
stabilization activated sludge plants, each with an aeration basin, secondary
clarifier and aerobic digestor; sludge returns; flow measuring & totalizing
equipment; U.V. chamber; 10 (20 ft x 15 ft) sludge drying beds; and standby
power generators.
II. System Performance Annual Summary:
A. Description of overall 12 month performance, noting highlights and
deficiencies:
The treatment plant did very well last year.We are very pleased to report that there
were no violations for the entire year. All of the samples that were taken for the plant were under the
limits set be the State Division of Water Quality.

environmental regulations or environmental laws, including (but not limited
to):

Statement as to how users or customers have been provided access to the report.
This annual report has been sent to the North Carolina Division of Water Quality and to
the owner of the wastewater system. The wastewater system owner has also been given a letter that they can
easily distribute to all their customers. The letter will inform the customers that the annual report is available
upon request to the owner of the system
