The powers that be made the determination that a modification or new version to an issued 401 project would be
paying based on the new or revised impacts. A kinder, gentler DENR, I guess!

Just out of curiosity.... Why only $240? The cumulative stream impacts for the entire project are over 1501f, so I
assumed that it would be $570.
I'll request a new check for the $240 application fee and either have it FedEx -ed overnight, or have someone drop it off
today.

Good news — you only need to pay $240 & not $570 for the submitted V2 based on the 145 If of stream.
Can you get another check cut & to us asap? I'm going on vacation next week & won't be around again until Mon 11/19.
