In late 2019, Duke Energy contracted Equinox to develop designs for
a campsite at their Black Bear Access area on Lake James in Nebo,
NC. Following initial efforts and drafts, Equinox submitted and
received approval for a PJD in August 2020 (signed by USACE
Regulatory Specialist: Brandee Boggs), and is now ready to submit
for the permits. We're at 70-80% design completion and have all of
our stormwater and sediment and erosion control drawings and calcs
available for review.
Please give a couple of dates you are available for a meeting.
