Hi Sue,
The attached plans have been revised to address your comment, which was as follows:
" I have reviewed the revised PCN and documents and have one question. For stream impact site S4, it appears that the
riprap outlet will be all the way to the bank of the Yadkin River. The dewatering limits indicate that dewatering will
occur so that the riprap can be installed. Is dewatering at the waterline of the Yadkin River and excavating below the
waterline to install the riprap feasible ?"
Based on your comment, the pipeline alignment was shifted 7.5 feet to the south away from the Yadkin River at the
location of crossing S -4. This change will allow the dewatering and excavation for the riprap outlet to be located within
the tributary, and above the waterline of the Yadkin River. Plan sheet C -5 (Impact map for S4) and C -26 (Plan view that
shows the location of S4 in relation to the Yadkin River) are attached to illustrate the revised alignment.
