ARO has already issued an Add Info letter (August 9, 2012) and
received that response (September 27, 2012).

Conditions for this project should include:
1.Turbidity Condition
2. Flow and Temperature Condition -It is important that over time the
flows downstream of this mine in the UT to Brushy Crk are not diminished.
ARO has concerns if the already burdened stormwater basins at the West
Schoolhouse mine can handle additional flows and meet the SW permit
NCG020795 benchmark numbers. Although ARO wants to note this

concern, if it does become an issue this can be dealt with through a SW
permit inspection.
ARO recommends issuance of this IP, with the 2 conditions noted above.
