Their JD was modified (Corp Action ID 2001 - 01762) and there are no wetlands in this area, so that 0.01 doesn't exist and should be removed from our IP. The public notice does NOT have the wetland impact, but the application did so I have attached a revised application page from them omitting the wetland impact. Also, they will be installing temperature data recorders in this stream, so I need the temperature condition to say the {Annual reports of the temperature data shall be submitted to Asheville Regional Office on November 1 of each year }. The proposed project includes the expansion of the existing West School House Mine pit. Impacts have been identified on the site plans, which are enclosed for review (Figure 4). 5.1 Mine Pit Expansion The proposed stream and wetland impacts will allow for expansion of the existing mine pit and access to a large volume of ore at the existing West School House Mine facility. Based on the most current drilling data, the expansion of the existing West School House Mine pit is estimate to provide many years of additional ore resources. Due to the nature of mining, specific numbers cannot be released; however, the pit expansion would provide significant increase to the life of the West School House Mine.
