Chad,
As we discussed, we decided not to require stormwater management on the access road for the following reasons:
- The amount of impervious surface is very small (less than 1/3 of an acre).
- The property does not include the land downslope of the access road where the runoff would have to be
treated.
- The access road creates access to a large project that will require an Individual Permit to develop and the DWQ
will require stormwater on the vast majority of the property. The owner may also treat a small amount of
offsite imperviousness at that point to compensate for the runoff from the access road that is not being treated.
