We can meet later in April, no problem.
The Change of Ownership form you attached was just the first page, we will need the entire form
submitted for it to be accepted. The complete Change of Ownership Form with the other Deed
documents needs to be sent to [e-mail], I have included him here. We do not deal
with owner changes or annual fees here in the Regional Office, it is handed out of Raleigh Central
Office.
Another item you will likely need to deal with are the past due annual fees; Charles may need those
current before he can make the permit update.
Charles,
Can you assist Ms. Burrell please on what she needs to do with regard to the ownership change and
annual fees.

Attached you will find the change of ownership form, a copy of deed transfer from Louise
Ponder to myself and my sister (Sharon Hawkins), a copy of the deed transfer from us personally
to our company name (SHAREILA, LLC) and a copy of the last time our septic was
pumped. The water samples are being collected this week and you are copied on the email
results. Please let me know if you have any questions and if there is anything else that you will
need from me. We will be out of town next week so if I can get everything done this week
would be great. If not, can we meet after April 12, 2021?

Thank you for speaking with me today when I contacted you regarding the septic
system at the subject address. You stated your Mom (Louise Ponder) now

resides at an assisted living facility and you (or Shareila LLC) are now listed as
the Owner of 10 S. Turkey Crk Rd. according to the Buncombe County GIS
website. You stated the property is currently being used as apaltiuent space.
We touched on several items that need attention with regard to an upcoming
inspection of the septic wastewater system. You need to have documentation of
the septic tank pumping, the annual sampling of the discharge, proper chlorine
tablets and general operation and maintenance. Since this is new to you, I
mentioned contacting Pace Analytical (828-417-6056) down on the river by
MSD to get sample bottles so you can gather the samples and bring it to Pace for
analysis. You will need to tell them you need bottles for TSS, BOD and Fecal
Coliform. You mentioned the septic tank had recently been pumped and will
find that documentation.
More pressing, which I did not mention on the phone, is if Shareila LLC is the
owner of this property an ownership change form must be submitted. We still
have Louise Ponder as the Owner for Permit # NCG551066. And we have
Louise Ponder addresses at PO Box 1807, Leicester NC for billing and 10 S.
Turkey Crk Rd, Leicester NC for all other mailings. This permit is currently
Expired and is Overdue on annual fees. It is crucial that you get the Ownership
Form attached submitted and pay these Overdue annual fees. Ownership and
Billing questions can be directed to Charles Weaver in our Central Raleigh
Office. Charles Weaver is cc'd here and can be reached if need be via his email
address; his email address is also where you need to send a completed copy of
the Change of Ownership Form.
I have attached several items to this email; a Sniplmage of the billing overdue,
an Ownership Change Form and general historic information about this
system. The link below will take you to the most current permit for this type of
system.
