No — continue sampling as you have. These changes were necessary due to compatibility problems among the eDMR
system, BIMS [our permit database], and ICIS [EPA's permit database].
Nothing about your sampling requirements has changed. As of May 1st, all effluent data from outfall 001 will be entered
into outfall 002 in the eDMR system. There will also be separate outfalls available for your stream sample data from
locations 51, S2, and S3.

Mr. Charles,
Tim Webb is our ORC for the WWTP. The three people you have listed below no longer work for the City.
Mark Sayger is the Public Services Director and I am his Assistant Director. Please feel free to contact any of us
going forward but Tim is your point of contact for the WWTP. I hope you have a great weekend.

Ms. Wimberly — I need to make sure the text below reaches the personnel in charge of the Havelock WWTP, particularly
those person who will be submitting analytical data to NC DEQ for Havelock's NPDES wastewater permit (NC0021253).
Unfortunately, we do not have email addresses in our database for the following persons, all of whom are listed as
contact persons for Havelock:
Susan S. Rexrode
William L. Ebron
Arthur L. Hough II
If you have email addresses for them, could you share them with me? I can then contact them directly on any future
issues.
I looked for the addresses on Havelock's website, but was only able to find yours. I'd be grateful for any assistance you
can provide.

John — per our discussion this morning, I have added the following outfalls to NC0021253:
002: Effluent to the Neuse River
51: Upstream 10 feet from diffuser
S2: Downstream 10 feet from diffuser
53: within 10 feet beyond end of diffuser
All of the new outfalls become effective 5/1/2016. There is no monitoring required for them until then.
002 is a copy of the limits & monitoring frequencies from 001-N (which 002 replaces).
S1, S2, and S3 were copied from NC0003816, which has nearly identical requirements to NC0021253. They are for the
instream data required by Part I A. (5) (b) of NC0021253.
If you want changes made, tell me before the end of this month. Those outfalls will expect data starting with the May
2016 DMR.

I hate to be a bother. But, have you had a chance yet to fix the Havelock outfall yet? I need to move to the next step of
fixing the data in ICIS, but can't do that until the outfall is fixed.
