These changes were necessary due to compatibility problems among the eDMR system, BIMS [our permit database], and ICIS [EPA's permit database]. Nothing about your sampling requirements has changed. As of May 1st, all effluent data from outfall 001 will be entered into outfall 002 in the eDMR system. There will also be separate outfalls available for your stream sample data from locations 51, S2, and S3. There is no monitoring required for them until then. 002 is a copy of the limits & monitoring frequencies from 001-N (which 002 replaces). S1, S2, and S3 were copied from NC0003816, which has nearly identical requirements to NC0021253. They are for the instream data required by Part I A. (5) (b) of NC0021253. If you want changes made, tell me before the end of this month. Those outfalls will expect data starting with the May 2016 DMR. But, have you had a chance yet to fix the Havelock outfall yet? I need to move to the next step of fixing the data in ICIS, but can't do that until the outfall is fixed.
