Don't know if you've had a chance to look at this one or not. The plan went through review via the portal last month, so
we worked out the issues. I don't have any comments or concerns, so feel free to issue once you have gone over it and
are satisfied with it.
Please include the following condition in your approval letter. I am trying to get this put into the GC itself.
"Approval of the restoration plan and issuance of the 401 Water Quality Certification means that DWQ has determined
that the proposed activity Nvill not remove or degrade significant existing uses of the surface Nvater (15A NCAC 2H
.0506(a)). The issuance does not represent an approval of credit yield for the project."
