Additionally, we are working to incorporate the changes proposed via the March 10th email to MS4 permittees. The current draft, which has been sent to our City attorney for her review, is near completion. However, our attorney has needed to step away from the office for medical reasons and will not return until next week. She has been out for approximately 2 weeks. The City of Archdale anticipated submitting the SWMP draft to your office this week. However, in light of these changes, we are requesting an additional 7-14 days for this submission. Could you kindly let me know if this is acceptable to you and your office? We appreciate your help and patience. Zeb.
