Hi Kristi,
This project should be a NW3 to my understanding.
Thanks,
Della Moore

Della,
I was trying to process the application received in our office for the subject project, however ran into a question I need
answered before I can properly enter the project into our system and pass it to staff for review.
I have it listed as requesting a NW permit and a Buffer Approval, however for some reason the NW Permit Number being
requested has been left blank.
If you could provide me with the NW number in which you are wishing to apply I can get this application processed and
over to review.
If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to email me so we can get the ball rolling.
Thank you,
Kristi Lynn
