Sue,
I am sending plans and calculations approved by the Town of Kernersville to your office. Please note that
Town of Kernersville
will not issue a formal approval on letterhead until the pond surety is posted. This is the only item remaining.
I will forward the
approval letter as soon as this is received. Ana laramillo with the Town of Kernersville has been our direct
contact with the Town
if you have any questions with regards to the approval process.
The limits of disturbance in accordance with the permit and approved erosion control plan have
been flagged in the field. We are scheduling a pre- construction meeting for Monday, October
22nd at 8:30 AM in case you are available and wish to come. Please note that during the initial stage
of construction the creek will not be disturbed until we receive confirmation from your office or another
pre- construction meeting as applicable.
If your schedule allows, please advise if you could make the meeting on Monday or advise of another
time to meet for another construction meeting.
