I $8663 BMP Summary Housekeeping measures are performed at the facility to include monthly clean—up of the yard by hand to include stray paper, plastic and other miscellaneous debris. The product loading and unloading area by the dock doors are swept as required. The wood cyclone area, to include the roof around the cyclones and the area on the ground below the cyclone is inspected monthly and cleaned as necessary. As part of the preventative maintenance program, operators visually inspect all equipment daily for leaks and spills. Our maintenance department inspects the oil/water separators and clean as needed. Storm drains, grates, inlets and catch basins are inspected quarterly$ rocks, leaves, trash or other debris is cleaned as needed. A current Site Map from the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan. The location of industrial activities (including storage of materials, disposal areas, process areas and loading and unloading areas), drainage structures, drainage areas for each outfall, building locations and impervious surfaces should be clearly noted. 2. A summary of Analytical Monitoring results during the term of the existing permit (if your permit required analytical sampling). Do not submit individual lab reports.
