5) MS4 Map: Attached. Due to how far apart the stormwater device are located. Its better to see at: Stormwater
Map - City of Trinity, NC (trinity-nc.gov).
6) Agreement: Attached.
7) Industrial Facilities: Attached. 2 of the 4 sites are not located in Trinity City Limits.
8) Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination Plan: I've attached our Stormwater Ordinance. Located in Section 7 of
Stormwater Ordinance, pages 39 — 42.
9) MS4 Operation and Maintenance Plan. Attached (Trinity OM Plan).
10) Municipal SCM Operation and Maintenance Plan: In the Ordinance it is located in Section 4, pages 26 — 31. For
high density development (more than 24% impervious %), we require location, easement, size of forebay, rest of
device, how much water is treated, etc.. And the plan must be approved by an engineer. For low density require
this document to be put in your covenants, attached is an example of Steeplegate Village. Our yearly inspections
sheet comes from NC State University Stormwater BMP Inspection & Maintenance Certification class. An
example of Colonial Village is attached.
11) Post Construction Ordinance: Part of Stormwater Ordinance.
City of Trinity looks forward to see how NCDEQ can help us in becoming compliant on March 23 — 24.
