I am betting we will be out on Wednesday (and most likely Thursday) as well. Let's go ahead and move to the January
dates for all three days. When we get back, I will touch base with the other teachers to decided who's taking which day
and get back with you.

Cory, I saw that Lindsey proposed Dec 19 as a backup date if we only lose one day, and Jan 8, 9, & 10 if we
lose 2 or 3 days. Were those dates all right with you?
This email is really just to keep the lines of communication open. Lindsey is stuck in Florida because flights to
NC are canceled. I'll be keeping my eye on the school calendars.

Tuesday and Wednesday will be the regular 8th grade schedule and Thursday will be the combo schedule
day.

Thanks for the info. I will be in touch about the STEM club stuff. December 11-13 will work for us. Our
schedules are different this year from in years past. Two groups have the same schedule and one group
(my group) has different times. In the screen shot below, our science classes meet at the "core"
times. Two groups follow the 8th grade schedule and one group follows the combination schedule.

What does your bell schedule look like for each of those classes? That will help us decide which additional programs
would work with the EnviroScape.
I've also included Danica Heflin in on this email as she will be your Program Coordinator after December. While it
has been wonderful that our Stormwater SMART program has experienced growth this past year, it is now in need

of a full-time coordinator to ensure all of the schools we work with get the time and attention they deserve. I am
sure you will enjoy working with her as much as I have!
I'm going to shoot you a separate email regarding the Randolph Creek Week and STEM Club activities we previously
discussed at the UNCG Bridges Summer Academy meet -up.

Hi Lauren,
I would like to set up PTRC's visit to ATMS this year. We will be starting our water unit over the next
several weeks and want to get your visit on our books. We always do the enviroscape activity and have
also done the dops of water on sand, mud, etc to see the splash zone. We would need to schedule 3 days
for each team to see you.
Can you tell me what you have available for maybe the first to middle part of December?
