Some things that are not intended for outdoor use needs to be picked up. Other things just need to be put in some order. Letter is being sent. 1/14/21— Talked with Mr Tate, he is going to clean-up. Meeting with him on 1/15/21 at 2:30. Pouring rain, violator never showed up. 1/22/21 — Spoke with Mr Tate, Stormwater Violations City of Trinity explained to him everything that is wrecked or is not intended for outside storage needs to be moved. He was putting couches on a trailer to take off and said it would take him a couple of weeks. 1/27/21— In process of moving items. 2/3/21— Talked to brother. They are moving stuff out. 3/3/21—Truck is gone. Still has items to move. Owner was going to get cancer treatment. Will keep cleaning this weekend. 3/10/21— Owner wants to put up a fence. I told him no, and that he cannot have a junk or salvage yard in City of Trinity. If he did not have the stuff moved in the next week, I am going to have a contractor come in and clean-up. 3/17/21— Had 3 guys cleaning up. Will check back on Friday. 3/19/21— People there loading trash up. 3/24/21— People there loading trash up. Most of the water from this area is supposed to go to the pond located on the property. However, the piping and berm/ditches have not been put in yet to redirect the water to the pond. Right now, water is going down Traverler Dr, to Quarter Horse Dr stormwater pipes and into the ditch/pond at 7274 Tanner Ct. They are currently working on putting in the pipe today, but they will not get the berm/ditching in place by the next storms predicted from 12/30/20 to 1/3/21. That stormwater will continue to 7274 Tanner Ct. 1/6/21— Put in berm that will direct water to pipe, but no pipe yet. 1/15/21— Meeting with contractors on 1/19/21 to get a timetable for berm and pipe along with a new construction entrance. 1/21/21— Met with contractor, they are expecting to put in stormwater pipe next week. 1/26/21— Contractor put bid in to place pipe, waiting on it to dry out. They have put in a construction entrance off Finch Farm Rd and stopped using Traveler's Dr as a construction entrance. Numerous points along the clearing are within 10' of stream. Will talk to owner about Stormwater rules and how to repair the area. 12/23/20 — Owner is going to cover bare area and seed. He is going to put some livestock in this area. The property is already zone RA (Residential Agriculture) and greater than 2. 5 acres (8 acres). This would be allowed. Osborne is a City street. 6/4/20 - We put gravel around the mailbox in April 2020; but it is starting to wash away again. While still in the Right -Of -Way, City can use a small swale to redirect water to go straight into the ditch. 6/17/20 — Owner is doing some work on the ROW part of his property. Seems to be putting up a berm to redirect water. Has not finished the berm. Will check back. 6/24/20 — Owner is attempting to fix. 7/20 — Fixed. Stormwater Violations City of Trinity 02/06/2020 — Pipe clogged. Water eroding soil from underneath the street. 3/2/20 — Part of a dresser was stuck in pipe. Concreted the eroded area to force water into pipe.
