HomeMy WebLinkAboutNCS000502_PreAudit_Trinity OM Plan_20210305City of Trinity Good Housekeeping for Municipal Operations
Stormwater permit requires MS4s to prepare an inventory of municipal facilities and activities, and to develop a stormwater "Operations &
Maintenance Plan" for each facility/activity on the inventory
City of Trinity currently owns 2 properties located at 6701 NC Hwy 62 (City Annex) and 5978 NC Hwy 62 (City Hall). And it also owns 12.05 miles
of streets which includes its right-of-way. Each right-of-way contains different types of stormwater devices.
City of Trinity will dedicate time to inspect 10% of stormwater devices during winter months and clean/fix minor issues that come up. We will
also identify stormwater issues during rainstorms, write down the issues, and have minor issues fixed as soon as possible.
Costlier issues will need to be contracted out. These issues will be identified and prioritized to be fixed as soon as funds are available to do so.
