TO DISCHARGE STORMWATER UNDER THE
NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM
In compliance with the regulations promulgated and adopted by the North Carolina
Environmental Management Commission, and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as
amended,
City of Trinity
is hereby authorized to discharge stormwater from their municipal separate storm sewer system
located:
within the City of Trinity Jurisdictional Area
Randolph County
to receiving waters Little Uwharrie and Uwharrie River, within the Little Uwharrie and Uwharrie
River River basin in accordance with the discharge limitations, monitoring requirements, and
other conditions set forth in Parts I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII and VIII hereof.
This permit shall become effective October 1, 2005.
This permit and the authorization to discharge shall expire at midnight on October 1, 2010.
