inspected annually to insure they are being maintained and are functioning as originally designed.

E. Additional Comments/Recommendations: 90-days should give the HOA enough time to seed and cover barren areas
along the bank(s). This will have a deadline of May 10, 2020. A fine of $50/day for each day after May 10 that the banks are not
and/or the City can fix the issue itself. If the City does this, the owner will be invoiced the amount to fix and any fines that are
accumulated.
