We received your agency's letter dated October 12, 2012 requesting revisions to the Buffer
Impact Map submitted with the subject project application to improve clarity. Each request is
restated and addressed below. The attached Buffer Impact map has been revised to address the
items listed below.
Please re- submit site plan labeled "Buffer Impact Map " on a full plan sheet at a scale of no
smaller than I " =50' with topographic contours shown.
The attached, revised Buffer Impact Map is a full plan sheet at a scale of 1 " =50'.
2. Please locate all isolated or non - isolated wetlands, streams, and other waters of the State as
overlays on the site plan.
Wetlands and streams present on the site were changed to black lines to distinguish them from
the topographic contours on the attached, revised Buffer Impact Map.

3. Please enumerate all riparian buffer impacts on the site plan and clearly label impacts
(Buffer Impact 1, etc.).
Buffer Impacts B -1 and B -2 have been labeled on the attached, revised Buffer Impact Map.
4. Please locate all of the protected riparian buffers as overlays on the site plan, clearly
showing Zone 1 and Zone 2.
Revisions to the line colors on the attached, revised Buffer Impact Map have improved the
clarity of the protected riparian buffers including Zone 1 and Zone 2.
