Reference is made to your request for rescission of the subject NPDES Permit. Staff
of the Mooresville Regional Office UST Unit have cfirmed that this Permit is no
longer required, Therefore, in accordance with your request, NPDES Permit No.
NCG510288 is rescinded, effective immediately.
If in the future you wish to again discharge wastewater to the State's surface waters,
you must first apply for and receive a new NPDES Permit. Operating a facility without
a valid NPDES Permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to
$ 10,000 per day.
