Ron,
We did have some rain events in April and May that caused treatment
issue. The plant also had construction going on in that time frame in
which the contractor cut power to the plant for hours on several
occasions to move and tie in generators along with new equipment. We
believe this had a big impact on the treatment plant. Please contact me if
