Re: City of Henderson Draft SWMP

Dear Ms. Powell:

I would first like to thank you for the taking the time on last Wednesday, March 17, 2021 to speak with
our staff here at the City of Henderson, along with our consulting partner AECOM, as we work
expeditiously to submit a compliant Draft SWMP.

Your letter dated February 19, 2021 requested that the City of Henderson resubmit our Draft SWMP
within thirty (30) days upon receipt. In order to adequately address the deficiencies cited in your letter,
the City of Henderson will need additional time to resubmit a compliant Draft SWMP. AECOM is
working diligently with our staff to ensure that we submit a compliant Draft SWMP to DEQ within thirty
(30) day of receipt of my letter dated today, March 22, 20201.
