Quail Acres Mobile Home Park
NPDES WW Permit No. NCO059251

Dear Permittee:
The North Carolina Division of Water Resources conducted an inspection of the Quail Acres Mobile Home
Park on 3/30/2021. This inspection was conducted to verify that the facility is operating in compliance
with the conditions and limitations specified in NPDES WW Permit No. NC0059251. The findings and
comments noted during this inspection are provided in the enclosed copy of the inspection report
entitled "Compliance Inspection Report".
The Compliance Evaluation Inspection was conducted by Division of Water Resources staff member Alex Lowe,
from the Winston-Salem Regional Office. While no violations of the associated permit were observed, the
following concerns were noted during the inspection:
Inspection Area Description of Concern
Grounds Section of fencing along the west side of the plant grounds was cut open and appeared
to be used as egress to the effluent outfall area. Fence should be mended to ensure
security of the plant.
